Do you have a showroom?
No, currently we only sell our rugs and natural stone furniture online.
What materials do you use to manufacture your rugs?
- 100% New Zealand Wool
- Pile weight: 4.5lbs (72oz)
- Pile height: 9 (+/-0.5)mm
- Total rug thickness: 12 (+/-0.5)mm
- Construction: level cut, carving
- Backing: cotton cloth
What materials do you use to manufacture your stone furniture?
- Various Natural Stones including Travertine, Different Marbles and Terrazzo
- Each Piece of Furniture uses actual stone slabs and blocks, not lightweight or thin marble veneer
- Available finishes include polished and honed (matt).
Is the stone furniture heavy?
Yes the stone furniture is heavy and each piece varies, for example a TV unit with 3 drawers can weight in excess of 350kg. A marble side table can weigh around 70kg, a marble dining table in 3 pieces can weigh a total of 500kg.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed in Melbourne, Australia and are hand carved by skilled stonemasons in China. Each product takes hundreds of hours of precise workmanship to achieve our unique designs. Once complete, numerous quality checks and tests are performed to make sure there are no defects and imperfections. All products are securely packed and imported Worldwide in large shipping containers.
Will there be any imperfections in the Natural Stone and or construction of the Stone furniture?
Being a custom made product from raw material, there may be some imperfections in the stone, joins, edges etc which are expected with a hand carved product. Please take note of this before ordering, items are not laser cut and the material can be soft in some instances which will chip, and scratch.
Please note the material is not sealed so can stain and etch easily like any other natural stone bench top.

How do I order?
You can order a custom rug or piece of furniture by purchasing directly on the website or by sending us an info@zencurated.com.au and obtaining a quote.
If you have specific designs and elevations or a large order request please send your plans and or designs to our email info@zencurated.com.au
At Zen quality control is paramount, so each product must pass our rigorous quality assurance tests and checks prior to packing and shipment.
What is the warranty on a Zen Product?
